Need help with sign-in, sync, sharing a trip, or something else? We’re happy to help.

Quick tips

• Sign in — use Google or Sign in with Apple (iPhone). Email sign-in is coming later.
• Join a trip — open the invite link, or paste the join code from Trips.
• Sync — sign in, then pull to refresh on Trips or open the trip detail.
• Can’t open a link — make sure you’re on a recent TestFlight / App Store build and signed in.
